Emma Hill

Emma is a freelance writer and stylist, specialising in beauty, lifestyle, wellbeing and a little fashion. She has written for newspapers and magazines, including the FT, How To Spend It, Telegraph Weekend, Stella, You Magazine, Sunday Times Style, Easy Living, Red and Grazia. She is also a beauty contributor for Japanese Vogue.

This follows over a decade spent as a magazine beauty editor – working with Woman’s Journal, B Magazine and In Style.

Emma writes for a handful of beauty brands in both the luxury and mass sectors of the market.

In 2010 Emma won a P&G Beauty & Grooming Award: Best beauty journalist of a National or Supplement for a piece she wrote for Sunday Times Style.  To see the winning article, Rocking A Look click here.

Emma also paints. Working chiefly in pen and ink, she has exhibited her ‘Botanical Paintings’ at 9 Adam Street, London. She has sold her work through Atelier, the interiors and lifestyle boutique in Battersea as well as by private arrangement.  Emma is now working on portraits in oils, and on a series of paintings of children using pen and ink.
